According to Mayo Clinic, “sleep disorders are conditions that change the way you sleep.” These changes can include sleeping too much or too little. Sleep depreciation is particularly dangerous as it can affect both health and safety as well as the quality of a sleep deprived person’s life.

Sleep Disorder Symptoms

  • Feeling very sleepy during the day time,
  • Regularly having trouble falling asleep at night for 30 minutes or more,
  • Falling asleep at inappropriate times,
  • Urge to move while sleeping,

  • Developing good sleep habits,

  • CPAP Machine,
  • Bright Light therapy,
  • Medications,
  • Natural products like melatonin.
